本課程期望教授如何成為一位稱職的領隊與導遊人員，課程內容包含四大部份，第一部份為基礎的「觀光業、旅行業與領隊導遊概述」；第二與第三部份分別為「領隊人員」及「導遊人員」的帶團工作流程；最後一部份為「領隊導遊帶團技巧」。另外各章節後面更搭配「個案分析」，使全部課程結合理論與實務，期望學生不僅學習理論基礎，更能將實務部分做為未來帶團的參考依據。
This course includes how to become a competent leader and tour guide, course contents divide into four parts, first part is based "tourism, travel and tour guide outlines"; the second and third parts of as "Tour Leader" & "Tour Guide" and lead a work flow; the last part of the "tour guides lead a skill." Another even more with the back of each chapter, "Case Study", so that all courses combine theory and practice, students expect to not only learn the theory, but also more practical part will serve as reference for the next tour.
