The course aims to help students learn the comprehensive language skills needed daily. Students build their communicative confidence and competence Through various language practice activities, such as vocabulary building, reading rate enhancement, grammatical analysis, listening comprehension practice, and writing. Level-appropriate passages covering topics relevant to daily life are selected for reading. Necessary cultural background information is also provided to deepen students’ understanding of the subjects. TOEIC and other English proficiency tests will be introduced to students to help them to self-challenge.
