This course is designed to instruct students those vocabulary, phrases, and practical sentences in the field of the aviation. Moreover, in the developmental of the field of aviation and tourism, e-ticket becomes the trend. Therefore, the ideal of non-practical ticket is becoming the reality, and it also become the important issue. This course also adapted to train students the skills of electronic systems for aviation and tourism professionals. In addition, this course helps to develop students’ tourism professional knowledge, the skills of using technology, and ability to do cooperation with teams.
本課程將教授航空業常用字彙、術語和實用例句。另外，國際旅行必備的工具就是機票，在航空與旅行業的發展中，航空票務與訂位已快速的電子化，並已逐漸實現「無票飛行」的理想，掌握票務的原則與規範，正確有效的設計出票務產品，縮減國際間旅行的距離與費用，已成為重要的議題。本課程也將配合航空訂位系統的線上實習，讓同學能掌握票務與訂位技巧，最終以取得「航空訂位系統」的認證資格為及格的標準。藉此，可增進學生觀光旅遊事業之專業知能、運用資訊科技的能力及具備團隊合作達成任務的能力 。
