The course aims to strengthen students' reading comprehension along with vocabulary. Each unit teaches the reading skills for finding the main idea and using the context to understand vocabulary items. Students can increase their vocabulary from 300 to 800 words through various topics, including climate, measurement, technology entertainment, foods around the world, money and trade, banking, cultures and customs.

本課程是以英語聽說讀寫的規劃，讓學生能夠在短時間內學會基本的英語口語對話，藉由句型 單字文法的訓練，達到學生能在食衣住行育樂的英語使用上，得心應手，另外，強化學生聽與說的能力，每堂課的聽力測驗與看照片說出英語的能力
