本課程將藉由課程上的講述使學生習得餐飲業與旅館業相關服務知識與態度，另以實務操作使其熟練餐旅服務技術。期使學生在課程後能習得餐旅業界所需的服務知識與技能，有能力從事餐旅服務性工作。
This course will be the talk of the course enables students to Acquisition on catering and hotel services related to knowledge and attitude , combined with the actual operation of the other so skilled hospitality services technology. Of students after the course is capable of acquiring knowledge and skills and services required for the hospitality industry .
