本課程為餐旅產業和提供給顧客的服務產品下定義。餐旅管理產業對世界經濟發展,扮演了舉足輕重的角色,特別是專案管理者、飯店經營者、食品和飲料供應商、名勝景點、活動企劃管理和博弈產業,對當地的就業機會和旅遊相關收益以及採購在地化食材和在地服務業者有相當大的貢獻。本課程將介紹餐旅管理產業、該產業的關鍵夥伴、服務供應者、“主辦單位”和“客戶”之間的關係,以及該行業的業務範疇。本課程也將介紹在餐旅管理產業內的職涯發展,並提供學生未來研究領域中所需的準備。
二、English Introduction
This course is defined as the next hospitality industry and provide customer service products. Hospitality Management industry on world economic development , played a pivotal role , in particular project managers, hotel managers , food and beverage vendors , attractions , events planning and management of the game industry , the local tourism-related jobs and income and purchasing of ingredients to the ground and the ground service providers have a considerable contribution . This course will introduce the relationship of Hospitality Management industry , a key partner of the industry, service providers , " organizers " and " customer" between the industry and business category . The course will also introduce career development within the hospitality management industry, and provide students with future research needed to prepare .

貳、教學目標

(一)培養正確的餐旅業從業概念、服務態度及職場倫理。
(二)培養學生認識餐飲、旅館、旅行業及航空客運等餐旅相關產業之屬性、任務職掌、經營概念、中英文專用術語。
(三)培育符合餐旅相關職場之初級人才所需的基礎餐旅專業知能。
