隨著兩岸學術與產業愈來愈頻繁的交流活動，企管所師生應更務實面對此挑戰。因此，企管所希望與本校有學術合作關係之大學或企業進一步深入交流，並藉由參訪及體驗大陸知名企業，瞭解兩岸企業經營及管理文化之差異，以提升企管所一、二年級研究生企業管理視野，以因應未來兩岸更密切之企業合作與交流。

The main program of this course plans cross-strait exchange with some Universities and Companies of Mainland China. We also provide comparative analysis about business management, human resource, legal restrictions between Taiwan and Mainland China. Based on above planning, this course will help students cultivate international vision, practical experience and future competitiveness.
