本課程將協助學生學習精實服務的基本概念,以提升企業或組織的創新管理效率。精實服務的基本概念,主要運用豐田生產系統(TPS)架構在物流、銷售、消費及售後服務流程,希望藉此提供創新服務流程,減少不必要的浪費,以滿足消費者的真正需求。

This course will help students to learn basic concepts of lean service and improve innovative management efficiency of business and organizations. All basic concepts of lean service are applying Toyota Production Systems into logistics, selling, consuming and after-selling service processes. The purposes of using lean service are to provide innovative service, eliminate wastes and meet true needs of consumers in all servicing processes.
