以視窗及Linux系統為例，讓學生學習作業系統中作業管理、行程管理、記憶體管理、裝置/設備管理、檔案系統管理、系統安全等主題的觀念與原理；進而具備管理作業系統的能力。
The purpose of this course is to learn the concepts of Windows and Linux working and principles of operating management, process management, memory management, I/O device management, file system management and system security. Moreover, they are able to manage the operating system.
