The course is designed to help high beginning to intermediate students recognize and produce the sounds of North American English. It covers all the vowel and consonant sounds of the language, as well as stress, rhythm, intonation, linking, and other features of connected speech.
The course is aimed to help students build up the confidence of pronunciation, which is the foundation of speaking, and allows them to be articulate speakers.
