The aim of the course is to develop the communicative ability for two-year college students of continuing education, including the skills for promoting products, communicating with travel agency personnels, being capable of airport processes, comprehending in-flight announcements, handling hotel's check-in and check-out, perceptions of public signs, travel itineraries, and transportation schedules, understanding western dining manners as well as banquet costumes. Students can be competent English speakers after they complete this course.
