Objectives of the Course
The course is the advanced course of marketing. It emphasize both on theory and practice of Tourism and Hospitality Marketing. It includes a framework of the Tourism and Hospitality Marketing, position, strategy, service team, service failure, service recovery and coping with customer complaint.
