  運用理論與系統分析方法對人力資源各項活動進行量與質的分析與管理,主要研究個人、人與人的關係、人與工作的關係、人與工作環境的關係、人與組織的關係等,進行選對的人,放在對的位置上,作對的事,達成人力運用之最佳效益化.。
  結合人力資源管理之實務個案教導,在培養學習者理論與實務運用與整合之能力,從工作本身與人力資源活動進行適當的對話與分析,教育訓練、績效管理,新酬與激勵設計,生涯規劃與發展等案例,輔以人的需求、心理和行為進行有效的認知與管理,使人力資源管理最佳化,企業績效效益化,以達到組織目標。
  
2. 英文教學目標(English Teaching objectives)
Using the theory and system analysis method to analyze and manage the quantity and quality of various human resource activities, the main goal is to study the relationships of the individuals, between the individuals, between individuals and their work, between individuals and the working environment, and between the individuals and the organization. Afterwards, the purpose is to choose the right person, to place them in the right place, and to allow them to do the right job in order to achieve the goal of maximizing the benefits of human resource performances.

Lectures on pragmatic human resources management cases are combined to cultivate the learner's ability to integrate and implement various theories. The goal is to perform accurate dialogue and analysis on the job and in human resources activities, such as cases regarding educational training, effects management, salary and stimulation designs, career planning and development. The cases are supported by matters of human needs, psychology, and behavior in effective perception and management. Thus, human resources management could be optimized and the enterprise's results could be more beneficial; as a result, the organization could achieve its goal.
