本課程旨在:引導學生了解「消費者行為」之基本概念、理論原理、以及發展趨勢。
課程內容包括:(1)消費者行為基本觀念,(2)消費者決策制定之內在因素、情境因素、與環境因素,與(3)新興消費者行為,藉此建立學生在「消費者行為」之專業知識,以利於後續的升學與就業。

The purpose of this course is to guide students to understand the basic concepts, theory and principles, and development trends of the consumer behavior.
The content of the course includes (1) basic concepts of consumer behavior, (2) internal factors, situational factors, and environmental factors of consumer decision-making, and (3) the emerging consumer behavior, so as to train students to acquire professional knowledge in consumer behavior, in order to enter a higher school and to obtain employment in the future.
