專題研究這一門課是學生接受數年專業教育後的整合與實踐過程，是未來邁向專業發展研究的第一步，透過對研究方法的介紹與實踐，使大家對於研究的過程、內容及結果有正確的認識，對於一篇專業論文或報告由擬定方向、研究課題、整體架構、方法步驟，甚至用詞語彙亦能透過實踐的過程實際演練操作，為未來升學及研究建立基礎。
