本課程為學生提供旅館(酒店)相關產業介紹，酒店業發展史，酒店組織，前台職務，服務中心，櫃檯前台，櫃檯出納員，機場代表，房間介紹和門鎖控制以及該部門要求的相關知識。

This curriculum provides the student regarding the hotel- the introduction of relevant industries, the history of the development of hotel industry, hotel organization, duty position of front office, bell service center, counter reception, counter cashier, airport representatives, room introduction and door lock control as well as the relevant knowledge required by the Ministry.
