全球化使得研究和尊重跨文化差異成為企業發展的動力和創新的源泉,跨文化的溝通管理就是要組織中全員瞭解進而接受所有國家文化根源上的差異,才能真正實現。本課程旨在透過各種商業情境案例,展現因為不同文化差異所產生的溝通障礙;進一步深入探討引起誤解的原因,以及應如何因地制宜、妥善應對。
本課程目標:
(1)提升學生英語字彙。
(2)增強學生口語能力、 溝通技巧。
(3)建立學生跨文化溝通的商業知識與能力, 開拓視野, 成為世界公民。
(4)讓學生在全球化的職場中,以健全的世界觀、溝通技巧,增長職場競爭力 。
The cross-cultural differences s in business world can be witnessed in workplace for effective work performance, in terms of reaching sales targets, meeting deadlines, offering criticism, differences of opinion, saving face, complimenting, personal space, working on tight budgets and making judgment. Because of the cultural diversity, it might cause failures to understand or interpret correctly among people in the same working place due to their different philosophy and backgrounds. Therefore, Cultural competence is the ability that we must carry while we enter the workplace.
