Goals:
1. To focus on the practical “problem” of delivering an all-English self-presentation regarding career development.
2. To individually create (write) self-presentations, while also recording a self-analysis of the problems encountered.
3. To identify practical solutions to the problems encountered and to share/present their experiences with their peers.

The course name is Presenting in All English. The instructor will apply a problem based learning approach to this course (PBL). The concept basically means assigning topics and providing guidance and advising for individuals or groups. These small groups or individuals would then be required to dive deep into the problem to find real solutions to practical issues.

Video/Audio recordings will be conducted, and students will need to explore how they can actually improve upon their speaking during the 2nd half of the semester, and deliver briefings/presentations on their discoveries.

English only rule: This EMI (English as a Medium of Instruction) course will be open to all eligible 2nd and 3rd year students. As the acronym suggests, the teaching will be conducted solely in English without exceptions, BOTH in and outside of the classroom.
