This course focuses on bringing the practical cases for students to have a general idea about being a secretary. Students will be able to learn and use latest systemic terminology and create a dialogue for dealing with some particular occasions or situation. Such as the increasing use of computer technology to organize documents, and more effectively communicate skills with bosses and co-workers. Students receive a comprehensive look at being a secretary and learn how to successfully service their work in fluent English.
