行的實務現況，並分別就創業投資、資金募集、財務顧問、與資產管理之各論與實務主題
介紹，協助同學掌握創業投資管理理論與實務知識領域之架構全貌。
2.希望同學在修習本課程後，能有正確的創業投資管理觀念與投資銀行實務概念，並能為自
己與家人的創業或投資提出最符合成本效益之創業或投資計畫。
